What people say:

After weeks of enforced slowness and the wrong sort of 'inwardness'.  You gave me the confidence to get down on the mat to relax, and that just felt wonderful. Thank you so much for your welcome and help this afternoon. Om shanti.

At last I found a teacher who can accommodate my special requirements and doesn't make me feel like I am the odd one out. Thank you for your care and consideration. I never thought I would enjoy Yoga so much!
