YOGA VINYASA WORKSHOP
This year Babs will be leading a series of Yoga workshops, which will enable the participants to go further into their Yoga practice. They will give you a deeper insight into the practice of connecting with Bandhas (internal locks), Pranayama (breath), Vinyasa (combining breath and flowing movement) and Asanas (yoga postures).
With her light-hearted and fun approach each workshop will focus on learning through experience, which means, you will explore a variety of yoga styles and bring them together in a flowing Vinyasa class. This will enable the students to widen their experience and to learn how to incorporate various Yoga tools into their own practice.
For many people Yoga is an activity done on the mat in a group environment once or twice a week. Babs’ workshop will take you further and teach you how to take Yoga off the mat and into your everyday lives, effecting personal transformation at the deepest levels of your being.
The potential of Yoga is truly amazing.
BIRTH PREPARATION WORKSHOP

This workshop is run jointly by Babs Lehner-Platts, Isvara's qualified Birthlight, Yoga and Fitness instructor, and Gail Nance-Kivell, a highly qualified, experienced senior midwife, who has recently been promoted to head of midwifery at Basingstoke Hospital.

YOGA RETREAT IN DALYAN, TURKEY - 2nd to 9th August 2010
Fantastic venue, miles of beautiful unspoilt beach, turtles, riverboats, mud baths, hot springs, great food and power yoga with Babs.

This is a favourite venue, situated on its own in the unspoilt area between the village and the beach. Lots of single rooms, plus twins, double and small suites all with air conditioning and their own facilities.

You will stay at the lovely Grenadine Lodge in the conservation area between the village and the beach.
Small buses from the hotel or a trip in the riverboat will take you to the beach. Iztutu beach is within the national park. There are no buildings at or around the beach as it is a conservation area with extremely strict access rules to protect the turtles which nest there.>
The shaped swimming pool has a small waterfall and a Jacuzzi with plenty of sunshades There is also a typical Turkish tree house where students can relax and a small bar beside the pool.

A variety of trips can be arranged such as seeing the turtles on the river, Saturday market in Dalyan village, a visit to the hot springs, mud baths and a huge lake to explore, boat trips with barbeque lunches and a visit to a very old Haman (Turkish bath). It is a very beautiful region with lots to do.

YOGA RETREAT IN DAHAB, EGYPT - November 2010 (exact date to be confirmed)
This is a Yoga holiday with a difference. There is a lot to do and see with plenty of guaranteed sunshine. You can decide whether you want to be active or just relax. This is also a perfect place to bring your non-yoga friends, who are also very welcome and have a £100 reduction on the listed price.
Dahab has managed to keep its bohemian atmosphere and is excellent for snorkelling and other water sports, horse riding or for just "chilling out”. It is a small tourist resort with a laid back atmosphere, but still offers the comfort and facilities modern tourists expect. Various excursions are offered (St. Catherine’s Monastery, Night with the Bedouins, Horse Ride in the desert and more).
You will stay at the lovely Blue Beach Hotel where you can relax right by the beach or pool. It is in the perfect location close to the village with plenty of choice for shopping, cafes and restaurants.
There will be two yoga classes per day (one day free) with meditation often included. The hotel has a large purpose built yoga room, plus an outside yoga space overlooking the sea.
