Yoga Workshops


Attending a workshop can enhance your Yoga experience and take it to another level. Our sessions fit in with your busy schedule and offer you a chance to explore other areas of Yoga you may not yet be aware of. Recent workshops have covered the following themes

About the teacher
For many years now, Babs' open and knowledgeable approach has enabled her to reach out beyond the confines of a typical yoga class. The aims of her workshops are to educate participants about other aspects of Yoga and Mindfulness, not usually covered during the weekly class schedule. 

Due to her second professional experience as a psychotherapeutic counsellor and her dedication for further learning, she brings a deep, compassionate understanding to her teaching.

Classes are suitable for all levels.
